Set up and register a company in Turkey as a foreigner: from your documents abroad to an incorporated company with a tax number and a bank account. One scope, one price, one contact.

A foreign company can own 100%. Registration is completed the same day once the file is complete, and the whole process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. Common questions
Pending lawyer reviewIs the minimum capital enough?
Legally yes. If you will employ foreign staff, the work permit criteria call for paid-in capital of TRY 500,000, or net sales of TRY 8,000,000, or exports of USD 150,000.
Do we need to travel to Turkey?
No for the formation itself, which can be handled by a notarised and apostilled power of attorney. For the bank account most banks accept a power of attorney or remote identification, but some ask for a visit.
Can a foreign company own 100%?
Yes. International investors have the same rights as local investors, and a limited liability company can have a single shareholder.
What do official and local costs add up to?
For a limited liability company, published 2026 estimates put registry, chamber, notary, e-signature and accountant set-up costs at TRY 30,000 to 42,500, excluding capital, apostille and sworn translation.
What do other providers charge?
Published prices for forming a limited liability company for foreign owners range from about USD 1,000 to EUR 6,000 for formation alone, and up to about EUR 17,000 for full international packages with banking and tax registration.
